RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unplayed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or played records, CDs, or cassettes
- Items marked as final sale

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order 
via our Contact page. Include your order number and reason 
for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return 
address and instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot 
be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify 
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment 
method within 7 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us 
within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. 
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
