SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service), operated by Japan Post. EMS provides fully tracked, express international delivery.
PROCESSING TIME In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES Shipping costs are calculated based on destination region and package weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch)
- United States: 10–21 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
- Europe: 14–28 business days
- Other regions: 21–40 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to customs, local postal conditions, or peak seasons are outside our control.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us here and we will work with Japan Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
