Released for Record Store Day 2026, described as an "RSD Exclusive" on the official U.S. recordstoreday.com website indicating a quantity of 5,700 copies in the U.S. Referred to as "The Confessions Tour - Live from London" in marketing materials, the spine and covers simply read "The Confessions Tour".

Issued in a wide-pocket glossy cover with hot pink interior. Records are housed in glossy die-cut sleeves, with the image sides of the respective records facing out in the die-cut circle. The first sleeve contains the tour logo and the second contains credits.

Tracks are numbered sequentially on the cover and record labels. Recorded live in the United Kingdom at Wembley Arena.
